Shipping Policy
Do you ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses?
Yes, we can ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses with no problem! The shipping fees are the same as if you are shipping within the USA!
What are your shipping rates within the USA? (UPS)
- Orders over $200.00 – FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (usually 2 to 5 business days)
- Orders under $200.00 - $9.95 STANDARD SHIPPING (usually 2 to 5 business days)
- 2 Day Delivery: 2 business days, add $9.99
- 1 Day (Order by 3:00 pm E.S.T.): 1 business day $19.95 This service takes 1 business day, which does not include Sunday.
Do You Ship To PO Boxes?
Yes, we can ship to PO boxes with no problem!
Will I be notified when my order ships?
Yes! We will send you an e-mail as soon as your order ships. If your order can not ship for some reason, you will be notified within 24 hours.
Can I order a product that you don't have on your site?
If you are looking for a product we don't currently carry, please contact us and we will look into special ordering it for you. We are able to only order products from manufacturers with whom we already do business. If the product you wish to purchase is not carried by one of our manufacturers, then we will not be able to special order it at this time. Once we know what you want, we will work to get a great price for you and let you know how long delivery will take!
What happens if a product I want is on backorder?
The good news it that backorders are very rare. We have multiple shipping warehouses, so if it is out in one, we almost always have it in the other.
If you notice that a product is "On Backorder" according to our site, you can still order the product, and we will ship it immediately when it comes back in.
If a full order is backordered: If all the products are on backorder in all warehouses, the order will obviously not be shipped until the item(s) are in stock. Luckily, most backordered items are back in stock within only a few days. We will notify you by email within 24 hours letting you know the item is on backorder, and then we will email you to let you know when the order ships. If your item is on backorder, you can choose to change the item or cancel the order at any time.
If part of order is backordered: If you ordered more than one item and only part of them are backordered, we will almost always ship the in-stock items immediately. We will then backorder the out of stock item and ship it when it becomes available. If we know the backordered item will be in stock within only a day or two, we may hold the full order until everything is in stock. You can also tell us to change the item or cancel it. We do not charge you anything when we split your order, even though it costs us more to ship it! We just believe that this is good customer service. Note: We do not partial-ship foreign orders.
If a product is on backorder according to our site, you can still order the product and we will ship it the day we get more in! We cannot partial-ship international orders. If an item you purchase is on backorder, we can always change or cancel the product at any time. If you have an interest in doing this please email us at orders@expertnutrition.org with your order number or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-350-2392 or 713-520-5288 and we will help you right away. We will try our best to never delay your shipments! We hate backorders as much as you do and we have worked hard to eliminate them the best we can.
How do I change the products that I ordered?
If you ordered the wrong product or if you would like to delete or add a product, the best idea is to call our customer service number right away! call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-350-2392 or 713-520-5288 and we will help you right away. You can also send us an email at orders@expertnutrition.org with the title "URGENT: Change Order” in the subject line.
Note: We ship orders very quickly, usually only minutes after you place it. It may be too late to change your order even if you call or e-mail us right after you place your order. If that happens, you can simply return the product for an exchange or refund. Check out the "Returns/Exchanges" section of our main help pages for more information.
We will try our hardest to make the changes you request! Nothing is more important than our customers.
How do I change my shipping address?
If your order has been shipped: We ship orders very quickly! If you're order has already been shipped, then it may be too late to change your shipping address even if you call or email right after you place your order. If that happens, the order may be delivered to the wrong place, but it will most likely be shipped back to us. It may take a while to get back to us, but when it does we will be sure to ship it to the new address that you have given to us.
If your order has not shipped: If your order has not yet shipped we can adjust the address for you! Send an email with your order number and address change to orders@expertnutrition.org with the words “ADDRESS CHANGE” in the subject line. Or, call our customer Service Center at 1-800-350-2392 or 713-520-5288 and we will help you right away.
If an order was returned due to an incorrect address, it can be reshipped as soon as the original gets back to us. When the package is returned we will notify you via email within 24 hours. If you decide against having the package reshipped we can refund you for the products purchased as soon as we get them back. The shipping address provided during checkout will be used to ship the items. If you provided information in the "Comments Section" of the order form, it will not be printed on the shipping label. This section is used to specify instructions to our warehouse, not the shipping company.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has shipped: We ship orders very quickly. If your order has already shipped, then it is too late to cancel the order. You will simply need to return the unopened product for a refund or exchange. Of course, the shipping fee cannot be refunded since we had to pay the shipping company already. Payment Policy
Credit and Debit Cards
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover.
- Please provide all appropriate information including the cardholder’s billing address. Credit card processing will verify your billing address.
- To protect your privacy, we will ask you to enter your credit card number, expiration date & card verification code (The three digit number on the back of your card. For AMEX the four digit number on the front of your card).
- We reserve the right to ship only to the billing address of the credit card.
Return Policy
Can I return or exchange a product that has NOT been opened?
Yes. If you have not already opened a product that you received from us, then we can give you a refund or in store credit. You can return an unopened product as long as you ordered it within the last 30 days.

We will make sure the replacement item is shipped to you within 24 hours of receiving the original item back at our warehouse. We will also email you a shipping confirmation. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.
Can I return or exchange a product that I opened already?
If you have already opened, used, or partially used a product that you received from us, then we can give you an in store credit towards new items in most cases. We will not refund you for opened products, but we will gladly help you find a replacement. You can return an opened product as long as you ordered it within the last 30 days. You must return the item(s) to us. We will then give you an in store credit. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the items that you receive resulting from this return of an opened bottle.

Do you charge a restocking fee for returns?

If I feel sick from taking a product, can I return it?

What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We take great measures to ensure that packages arrive to you not only quickly, but in perfect condition! Unfortunately, in rare cases items may be damaged during shipment. We understand your frustration and we will do everything we can to replace the product as quickly as possible!

We will then ship a replacement for the damaged item(s) immediately. We will also email a prepaid return label to our U.S. customers to retrieve the unusable item(s). If we do not receive the return within ten days, we will have to charge your credit card for the additional product shipped to you. Please be sure to have your order number handy when contacting us. We apologize for any trouble this has caused you!.

When will I receive my refund?
If you are to be receiving a refund from us for any reason, it will be processed within 2-5 business days! If you paid by credit/debit or PayPal it may take up to five business days before the refund is reflected upon your account statement. The amount will be refunded back to the account used in the original purchase. If this account is closed or the credit/debit card used is now expired, then you will be refunded with a cashier's check via mail. If you paid by wire transfer the refund should arrive by mail to your shipping address via cashier's check within 7-14 business days, depending on your location. We will work very hard to ensure you receive your refund quickly!
