Directions: Dosage Chart: Up to 150 lbs/1-2 capsules, 150-200 lbs/2 capsules, 200 lbs and over/3 capsules. Take upon waking and again in the early afternoon with fluid. Daily consumption should not exceed six (6) capsules. For maximum results take in conjunction with Liptrophin PM. Store at room temperature and avoid excessive heat.
